International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. ftc.masks cannot be held responsible for any of these fees incurred, therefore the recipient is liable. Please contact your local customs offices if you require more information regarding duties and taxes. ftc.masks is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to ftc.masks, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

To uphold responsibilities for safety & sanitation, ftc.masks does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If there is a defect or an issue with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at heyftc.masks@gmail.com.

 

lost, damaged, stolen items.
ftc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged, or stolen parcels once they have been shipped from our location. This also includes any parcels that say they have been delivered but have not arrived. If this occurs, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number to open an enquiry with them. 

 

payment terms.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX with all prices in AUD. When converting prices to another currency a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at receiver's end.
